May ASSP Midnight Sun Chapter Meeting-at Arctic Fire and Safety!

Dear Members and Guests,

Please join us for our monthly ASSP Midnight Sun Chapter Meeting this Thursday, May 2nd, 2019, at Arctic Fire and Safety’s meeting/training room, from 11:45 to 13:00.

Gard Thorton will be doing a learn, show, and donate visit. He is a seasoned field representative with 30 years in the industrial industry and 15 years in the safety industry.  Come hear a technical presentation on several new ANSI standards and participate in a silent auction with donated gear valued over $700 total!   Technical Topics: – Understanding the new ANSI cut resistant standard and labeling – Kinco Gloves – Safety eye wear; understanding the ANSI/ISEA, MCEPS standards- Edge Eye Wear –  Hi-Vis clothing, ANSI 107, classes and compliance -Occunomix –  New spins on hearing protection in the workplace with Bluetooth-Walkers

**We will have lunch provided, so please bring a donation for the lunch kitty jar.

**There will be a silent auction at this event. you can participate by bidding and buying…or a donation of the item you just don’t need, or maybe your company’s logo’d item(s), that everyone should have!  Again, this meeting will be at Arctic Fire and Safety’s meeting/training room. 711 30th Ave, Fairbanks.
